CLIENT: MJH Multi

SUMMARY

SHL was commissioned by MJH Multi to undertake civil and structural engineering, survey and construction stage supervision services for the Elara Estate,Stage 3, Marsden Park for Stockland. The $60 million project consist of 75 premium quality townhouses and was completed in late 2018

The project is located at Stockland Elara Community at Marsden Park in the North West Growth Corridor of Sydney. The Azure townhomes project consists of 2, 3 and 4 bedroomTownhomes as well as freestanding homes and a small number of retreats and studio apartments.

CLIENT: TQM Design and Construct

SUMMARY

SHL was commissioned by TQM Design and Construct to undertake civil and structural engineering, survey and construction stage supervision services forAltessa 888, 870-898 Pacific Highway, Gordon, NSW.

The $150 million project consist of 144 residential units in 3 buildings, with two levels of basement parking and seven retail spacesand was completed in early 2020.
